DESCRIPTION:Coping with cultural & religious festivals & celebrations.\nAnyone aged 16 years or over experiencing an eating disorder who would like extra support to manage difficulties around any cultural or religious celebrations. This workshop focuses on those celebrations during the Christmas period.\nThe workshop will encourage interactivity and for participants to share ideas to help manage difficulties experienced during celebrations.
