Remember the rule of thumb is plan and talk through your anxieties with someone you trust. Make small and achievable goals and take one day at a time.

Christmas can be a stressful time and even more so for someone who is suffering from, or caring for a loved one, with an eating disorder.

Whether it is, family meals, celebrations, religion, of chocolate chocolate everywhere for someone suffering with an eating disorder Easter can be as difficult a time for them as Christmas or any other holiday celebration.

The purpose of this document is to provide a survival strategy whilst enduring the Easter Holidays and highlight important issues around Easter.

There’s no doubting that the Coronavirus pandemic has caused all of us to experience a certain level of uncertainty and anxiety.

It’s therefore natural that anyone battling with an eating disorder, or in the midst of

a recovery journey, will be nding this unprecedented period in our lives so much more challenging and unnerving.

The below booklet and youtube channel have been devised as a collaboration between SEED Eating Disorder Support Service, and Wednesday’s Child, to help sufferers and their families navigate this difficult time.
