Could you be the missing piece?
If you’re keen on helping SEED, there are so many fun ways to get involved! You could organise some cool fundraising events at your school or workplace, like dress-down days, competitions, or trivia nights. These are awesome ways to bring people together and support a great cause. Or, if you feel like taking on a personal challenge, why not try something like a skydive or a sponsored event? And if you’re more of a team player, there are plenty of fun activities you can do together too!
Take a stroll with SEED to help those affected by eating disorders.
Many of you have been made aware of our new resource room with therapy rooms dedicated to the late Nikki Grahame and Chelsea Blue…since re opened we have had over 100 new referrals and we desperately need your help. Please donate if you can, as we stroll for SEED in memory of Nikki Grahame, Chelsea Blue and all those we have lost to the devastating mental health illness that is an eating disorder, and walk to raise money so that others can walk a positive path to recovery as we fight for funding to provide more hours of the Resource Rooms support and listening service and more vital support workers. If you’d like to join us on the walk you can set up your own page to link to this campaign and fundraise for us too, or email fundraising@seed.charity to express your interest and be part of our campaign. We’d love your support and to have you by our side.
