Who is it for? Anyone aged 16 years or over experiencing an eating disorder who would like extra support to manage difficulties around any cultural or religious celebrations. This workshop focuses on those celebrations during the summertime for example weddings, holidays, picnics, and BBQ’s.

The workshop will encourage interactivity and for participants to share ideas to help manage difficulties experienced during celebrations. But please don’t worry if you feel uncomfortable sharing ideas, you will still be welcome to just listen and contribute if and when you feel safe to.
